
We designed Sporting Gun, the biggest selling shooting magazine in the UK, for over ten years and assisted in the design of Shooting Gazette when required. This was commissioned by Time Inc.
The Background
Time Inc. is the UK's leading consumer magazine and digital publisher with more than 60 iconic media brands. It creates content for multiple platforms, across print, online, mobile, tablets and events. Time Inc. decided to break with convention and subcontract it's only title out to us rather than recruit for a new designer. This was based upon a long history of trust and admiration for the work we had produced in this market and our extensive knowledge of media.
The Solution
Our work has included two re-launches, the most recent involving the re-design of the Sporting Gun logo. The Creative Director at Time Inc. commented that the latest was 'one of the best magazine re-designs he had seen'.
