We strengthened the position of both Seeland International's brands in the UK.

The Background

Our task was to reposition and redesign both of Seeland International's brands - Seeland and Harkila - with consistent and contemporary messages. We implemented a high impact PR campaign to influence and enhance the company's advertising, website and digital strategy in the UK where it was less well established than in other parts of Europe.

The Solution

Our strategy successfully elevated Seeland's status in the UK and capitalised on its core values. It emphasised the quality of both brands and, more importantly, differentiated them from each other and their competitors. As a result, market share rose by 88% in the first year of our involvement and has seen sizeable growth in consecutive years.
